Enhancing Leadership Performance using True Colors
First offering of the Leadership Track

First in a series designed for the busy leader, this two-hour workshop will help you excel in your management role by identifying concepts, connections, styles of leadership and methods of communication. The True Colors model of personality identification will expand your awareness about yourself and those you work with and provide additional insight about how to enhance your performance as a leader.
The objective of the workshop is to help participants:
- Understand basic leadership concepts
- Understand the connection between leading self and leading others, while honoring the organization’s Colors Spectrum
- Understand the different leadership styles and how to stretch your colors to maximize performance.
- Learn to manage change by communicating through the entire Color Spectrum based on the needs of each individual employee
