The Company is committed to giving back to its communities by supporting organizations whose shared goal is to improve the lives of individuals from all walks of life. It has a rich heritage of supporting communities across the nation where its clients, advisors, and employees live and work. The Company carries out that mandate by initiating innovative programs as well as supporting existing ones. The Company’s community outreach focuses on three key priorities: meeting basic needs, supporting community vitality, and volunteer driven causes.
- Meeting Basic Needs, the Company supports programs and projects addressing food, shelter, and self-sufficiency.
- Supporting Community Vitality grants supports the following activities: community development, cultural enrichment, civic leadership, disaster response and recovery, and environmental awareness.
- Volunteer Driven Causes grants are intended to recognize the many nonprofits that serve the community and have captured the interest of the Company’s employees, advisors, and retirees. With the Volunteer Driven Cause grants, funding is strictly driven by employee/advisor/retiree volunteerism.
