where you can find providers, programs and services to meet your
needs. This database allows you to browse thousands of health and
human services online, learn about specific programs, intake
requirements, eligibility, operation hours and more.
2-1-1 Yolo provides this database of resources of government
agencies, nonprofit organizations, schools, and recreational and
cultural programs. This database allows you to browse hundreds of
health and human services online, learn about eligibility
requirements, geographical areas served, and much, much more.
We express our gratitude to Wells Fargo for providing the funding
for our new website. The goal of this project has been to create
a highly accessible resource for all nonprofit organizations in
the region, providing information at the fingertips of executive
directors, staff and board members.
