The Program Director assures the quality and integrity of
services for Women’s Empowerment students, graduates and
children. The Program Director is responsible for the overall
development, management and coordination of interdisciplinary
programs in alignment with Women’s Empowerment’s mission.
Assists the Program Manager with daily operations of Junior
Achievement’s elementary, middle and high school programs.
Includes assistance with volunteer recruiting and training,
program servicing and administrative procedures. Also assists
the Special Events/Community Outreach Manager with logistics
related to fundraising, donor and volunteer recognition and
other special events.
This is a part-time (20 hrs/wk), non-benefitted position.

and implementation of our special events and to assist with
community relations, grant writing and other fund development
activities.

answering the Support and Information Line from 8:00 am to 1:00
pm Monday through Friday; attending some staff meetings, and

responsible primarily for writing grant proposals for
fund-raising from foundations and corporations. The position
also provides support to other fund-raising endeavors.
