The Northern California Grantmakers in the Arts’ Arts Loan Fund (ALF) provides quick-turnaround, low-cost financial assistance to artists and arts organizations. Sacramento organizations can now participate in this exciting program. Nonprofit arts organizations can borrow up to $50,000 for 6 to 24 months at an interest rate of 1% below prime (currently at 2.25%)*.
